The Busy Bee and Birmingham Shrimp will be working together as a fresh Gulf Seafood market working with the restaurant in cooking fresh seafood anyway you like, or just grab some fresh seafood on ice at our market inside the Busy Bee restaurant.

In addition the Busy Bee will be presenting a full scale produce market just on the side of the restaurant. We plan to also offer some of the best local produce from great farms such as Mt laurel/Jones Valley and other really good local Alabama farmers as well as some of the best variety of produce possible.

We will be offering some of the best selections of fresh fish flown in from all over the world to our concierge service of calling you from the dock in the Gulf to tell you what the boats bought in and purchasing for you on your request.

From our good old fashioned Burgers on a homemade bun, hand cut fries and specialty pies we are hoping the community of Chelsea and north Shelby County enjoy and help support one of the coolest foodie things going on outside of New York City and San Francisco.
